Job title: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Location: Eastern South Dakota
Description: Experienced in construction, be able to think on the fly to make things work, and have the responsibility to lead carpenters and laborers to get a project done on time. Foreman must have several years of on the job training as well as in some cases attended a building school. Generally those qualified for foreman would have framing, blueprint reading, hanging drywall, insulating, truss work, finish work, window and door installation, footing work, supervisory skills, etc all under their belt.
Requirements: Must have a valid Driver License, Solid work history, 5 years experience in construction and Supervisor/Forman work. Must have own tools and be able to read a tape measure, blueprints, able to use various power tools, be resourceful when at job site if short on material. Will deal with customers.
Salary: $9.00 HR and Up (D.O.E.)
Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM (Mon. - Fri.)
