Position: Welder in the Mitchell Area
Description: Must be able to read and write legibly. Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerancing. Must be able to physically lift 50lbs. Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
Position: Core Assembler in the Mitchell Area
Descripton: To assemble heat exchanger cores following standard company procedures. Assemble cores following standard work instructions. Manually assemble and fit parts to close tolerances. Perform set-up of core assembly machines. Perform quality checks on assembled cores involving measuring tools (tape measure, square).
Qualifications: Training provided by a company trainer per ISO certification standards. Must be able to stand for an extended period of time up to 8 hours. Must be able to bend, push, pull twist and turn. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs occasionally with help of another employee. Protective wear is required in assembly work.
Position: Weld Production Helper in the Mitchell Area
Description: To perform all kinds of tacking and electric welding equipment. Position supplied parts relative to each other and following blue prints and work instructions. Tack welds parts together. Receives instructions, prints, and/or work orders for the job. Perform ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations. Maintain mechanical strength on standard assemblies. May position pieces to be welded into jigs. Operate welding equipment, regulate current/voltage. Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. Select appropriate rod and/or wire for weld application. Handling of measuring equipment, trained on the job.
Qualifications: Completion of formal trade school program with focus on welding, apprenticeship program and/or on-the-job training by the company. Work involves varying degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable. Work involves considerable stooping and bending. Considerable glare emits from work, exposure to welding sparks, requiring personal protective equipment to be worn. Job area must be carefully enclosed to prevent injury to others from welding sparks and glare from work.
Position: Welder in the Mitchell Area
Description: To perform all kinds of welding and brazing using mig and tig welding machines. Receives instructions, prints, and/or work orders for the job. Perform ordinary hand welding operations (tack, mig, tig). Maintain mechanical strong and leak-free weldmends. May use weld fixtures to accomodate dimensional precision. Sets up welding machines for best results. Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. Select appropriate rod and/or wire for weld application. Adhere to all policies, procedures and/or requiremens set forth in the company environmental system or EMS. Handling of measuring equipment.

Position: Mechanic F/T in Chaimberlain area.
Description: Oil Changes, tire repair, routine maintenance and repair of various equipment including trucks, trailers, trenchers, loaders, ATV's, lawn equipment, etc. and other duties as assigned. Hours 7am to 4pm., 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday(Rotate every month); usually 1 Saturday a month from 7am to 1pm.
