Complete Career Center, Inc. is a Mitchell, SD based company dedicated to providing “Complete Career Services” to companies throughout the nation. Complete Career Center was founded in 2000 by Connie Schroeder, President and Executive Manager.
Complete Career Center is an agency which provides full time, part time and temporary job placement, business consulting, training and coaching. CCC focuses on quality in everything they do. In job placement the focus is on extensive pre-screening and only providing the highest quality employees to great companies.

FOUNDER & President
Known for her expertise in turning good people into phenomenal leaders, business expert Connie Schroeder is a Business Consultant, Trainer/Speaker and Business Coach. Along with her many years of experience in Human Resources and staffing, Connie also has a background in Telecom Corporate Management, 5 years of leading the South Dakota Leadership Academy and 23 years of leading the staffing business which she founded. Connie has a proven reputation for excellence.
Her career has allowed her to work with leaders in several industries including telecom, energy, manufacturing, medical, hospitality, legal, retail, construction, financial, automotive, electrical, and many more. Connie is passionate about helping her clients grow and develop themselves and their organizations. Connie holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership and is a PhD Candidate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Whether she works with you as a Staffing Expert, Business Consultant, Trainer or Coach, Connie brings proven techniques to grow the people she works with.
Connie holds a Certified Staffing Professional certification through the American Staffing Association and is a certified national trainer through Junior Chamber International. She holds a post secondary teaching certificate in Business, Leadership and Psychology including Human Resources, and has experience teaching these college courses. She holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences/Sociology, a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership and is finalizing her PhD in General Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Connie was named 2001 Business Woman of the Year by the Mitchell Daily Republic and was named one of the Ten Outstanding Young South Dakotans in 2003 by the Junior Chamber.

Nicole Jackson is the Executive Manager of Complete Career Center. She has been with CCC since 2012. Nicole has extensive background and expertise in employee selection and placement as well as payroll concerns. She is a 2018 graduate of the South Dakota Leadership Academy. Nicole’s customer service orientation, excellent people and process management skills make her an incredible boss to our temporary employees and a trusted advisor and partner for the companies we serve.
